# Jose P - Sales Manager, Arizona

*Wine Distributor*

Jose said "My wine reps use the portal for order entry and for checking inventory on popular skus"

- Jose has four people in the office, including himself.
- The wine reps log in to NowCom and place orders. He said the sync with QuickBooks saves them a lot of data entry.
- Sometimes they use by-the-glass pricing.
- Jose likes that he can change prices in NowCom from anywhere.
- Jose likes that the reps can place orders 24/7 if they want to.
- Jose bridges all orders to QB as Invoices.
- He tracks inventory in QB as cases and his reps can see this in their nowcom b2b.

Jose's Favortite Feature: *"We are a small company so it helps a lot when the reps enter their own orders"*
