Server Intellect's Chicago enterprise-class data center is in Franklin Park, IL. Housing over 30,000 servers, this data center provides reliable and secure data services to our customers worldwide. With an impressive setup and a fully powered Cisco network operated by its network operations center, the Phoenix, AZ, data center is one of the largest carrier-neutral data centers in the country. Collected Information
Customers using our Services will access the Site to host their customer and financial data and information. Now Commerce does not own any data, information, or material that you submit to the Service during the course of using the Service. You, not Now Commerce, shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, and intellectual property ownership or right to use of all Customer Data.
Now Commerce collects Personally Identifiable Information from our users at various points on the Site.
Registration

Once you submit the registration form, we will send a welcome email to the provided email address. This email contains a temporary password and a link to sign in to the requested Services.
Now Commerce stores this information to send this welcome email and track the success of our registration process.
Once you have signed up, you can try certain Services before subscribing. To trial certain Services before subscribing, you must provide additional information to your Now Commerce profile. Required information includes company name, company email address, contact name, contact email address, and time zone. Optional profile information includes company address, company phone, company fax, company website URL, contact phone, mobile carrier, and mobile number. We encourage you to submit this optional information so we can provide you with a more personalized experience on the Site. We use this information to complete your Now Commerce profile, which is needed to use the Services on the Site.
Subscriptions
If you choose to subscribe to certain Services on the Site, we request certain Personally Identifiable Information from you on the order form. You must provide information such as credit card number, expiration date, card code, billing customer name, and billing address. Optional information requested includes order number, purchase order number, tax-exempt status, customer ID number, company name, telephone number, and fax number. We use this information for billing purposes and to process your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Invite Users
If you try or subscribe to certain Services on the Site and wish to invite additional users to join through your trial or subscription account, we will ask you to provide the invitee’s email address. We will automatically send the invitee a one-time email inviting him or her to access the Services on the Site.
